All  Luxe collection DIY balloon garland kits are made partly of double-stuffed balloons.  This means that two balloons have been layered together to create rich, opaque colours with a depth like never before.  Our balloons are all premium quality and made of rubber latex (no plastic).  Each kit is original and has been designed, layered and packed in-house by our small and passionate team of party lovers.  Want your party to be extra, extra? this kit is for you

13.1 yds Balloon tape and glue dots for easy assembly

Air fill only required. We recommend using a balloon pump. Assembly required. 

 WARNING: Balloons are not toys. Children can choke or suffocate on non-inflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep non-inflated balloons away from children, and discard broken balloons immediately.


PLEASE NOTE: Balloons are fragile. Please use care when inflating. Please order spare balloons for your event if you are concerned about popping. We do not offer refunds on balloons.
