When will I receive my order?
Standard delivery orders will be dispatched within 2 business days.  During holiday and sale periods, this time period could be longer so please choose express shipping if needing yours in a short timeframe.  Please allow 5-8 business days (from date of dispatch) for delivery of your order .  Please also allow longer dispatch periods for custom balloon garlands.

 Do you offer EXPRESS shipping?

Yes, we do!  Express shipping is Rs600.  Express orders will be dispatched the next business day (custom orders excluded - please contact us via email if you require a custom order via express) .

 Will I be able to track my order?

Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking number via your normal message or via whatsapp on your phone .  If for some reason you don't receive your tracking email, please contact me ASAP and I'll forward it onto you.
